HxH 1999 kinda neglected Killua, but god 1999 Killua was so funny
Killua was already a disrespectful little imp in the manga, but in 1999 he was on another level. Popping an ollie and kicking Kurapika in the face to snap him out of a ptsd flashback. Putting on what appeared to be Leorio’s glasses and claiming to be 20 years old in an attempt to gain access to a casino, despite being very obviously twelve. Practically smothering Gon with a pillow over chocolate robots. Calling the girl in the Heaven’s Arena elevator a “wild and violent gorilla” and a “red headed yeti”. Flipping to the porn channel the moment Leorio left him and Gon unsupervised in the hotel. Posing dramatically with a wine glass full of juice. The look on his face when Gon said they had to walk home. Maximum chaos. Complete tomfoolery. Love it
